Review: eCreditAttorney
eCreditAttorney is Credit Report Repair Company that is an off-shoot of a company called “Your Credit Attorney.”
They are located in Winnetka, Ca. and have been in business for just about four years now.
Like Your Credit Attorney, eCreditAttorney mixes together attorneys, credit advocates and customer service agents. They have helped about 15,000 clients, according to company information and consider themselves to be a low-priced service.
The Good:
- “eCreditAttorney” charges a low enrollment and monthly fee.
- They seem to have a good Spanish-speaking ability.
- Web site is easy to understand and navigate.
The Bad:
- “eCreditAttorney” is not the easiest company to establish contact with ... on the internet or phone. Why are they hiding?
- They offer seemingly the same product as “Your Credit Attorney” but at a lower price point.
- Web site language is misleading about the results that a client can expect.
The Ugly:
- No obvious association with the BBB, and potentially misleading wording on the Web site are serious problems.
- A person must be a client for at least one year to be eligible for a refund!
Unfortunately, these troubling aspects hurt eCreditAttorney's reputation and make the company difficult to recommend.
